SHIPPING POLICY
How We Ship
Our team ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed will typically ship the following business day. During our busy season (Thanksgiving-Christmas), your order may take 1-2 business days to be shipped. Any current shipping delays will be communicated at the top of the cart page. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.

Shipping carriers experience delays depending on the time of year or other circumstances. We will fulfill your order as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee delivery times.
Shipping Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible or email info@healingspringsnaturals.com with your order number and the correct address.

Because we cannot access your credit card information, we are unable to modify your order after it has been placed.
Canceling An Order
If you need to cancel your entire order, please reply to your order confirmation email or email info@healingspringsnaturals.com as soon as possible with your name and order number.
Please note: We are unable to cancel or remove individual items from your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email notification that contains a link to “Track Shipment". You can find the most up-to-date information by clicking this link in your shipping confirmation email.

In the event that your package appears to be missing or lost we recommend first checking with your local postal carrier to verify it has been delivered. We also recommend asking neighbors and even other members of your household to see if they may have received it by mistake. If the package cannot be located after these steps, please reply to your shipping confirmation email or email info@healingspringsnaturals.com with your name and order number and we’ll be happy to help.
Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Products
If items are damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order, please reply to either your order or shipping confirmation email or send an email to info@healingspringsnaturals.com with your name and order number and we will issue a replacement.
